Rule 35

Amendment

to rule 58 of the original regulation

Instead of sub-rule (4) of rule 58 of the original regulation, the following sub-rule (4) is placed:-

“(4) Civil servant on extraordinary leave and section 71A of the Act. Sick leave will also be available during the period of taking leave other than the above-mentioned salary leave.”
